The Pease Apple Shredder for apple sauce making, produces a consistently sized product which allows for uniform cooking and consequently excellent sauce. This machine will give you many years of trouble free service due to the rugged yet simple design; which also allows for easy maintenance. It now has more capacity per shredding wheel and less bridging in hopper. Production rates can be approx. 10,000 pounds of apples per hour. |
| The pared and cored apples can be easily fed from a conveyor into the hopper on the top of the machine. The hopper in turn feeds the apples into the spinning 25" Bronze Wheel with a stainless steel cutting plate attached. The shredded apples exit out the bottom of the machine in uniform cuts and onto a conveyor carrying them to the cooking processes. |
